WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?

Each reservation aboard Tilly’s Dream includes 3 (or more) hours of cruise time, a Coast Guard certified captain, crew, and pick up and drop off from Navy Pier Marina.

WHAT AMENITIES DOES THE BOAT HAVE?

We custom designed Tilly’s Dream to accommodate a variety of group size and types. It includes plush bench seating with cupholders along the perimeter of the vessel, a swim platform out front, a full-service bathroom, Bluetooth sound system, lifejackets, a counter for serving snacks or beverages, and a covered deck to shield you from the summer sun! We also include a full-size lily pad raft and pong table!

What do I need to bring?

Depending on your event and your package, bringing your own snacks and beverages is encouraged! Otherwise, boat-appropriate attire is recommended, whether that is a swimsuit or your best concert attire. Depending on the season, a light jacket or blanket may be nice to keep warm. DO I NEED TO TIP THE CREW?

Our crew works hard to ensure you have a good time on the water. As such, 10% minimum tip paid at booking is customary to show your appreciation. Any other tips can be given in cash or Venmo on-board the vessel.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, Fun Boat Chicago has a strict no-smoking policy while aboard. When docked, please abide by the rules of the venue, whether it is a restaurant, public boardwalk, etc.

WHAT If the weather is bad?

Things happen, and we get that! While we can sail in rain or shine, if the captain decides it is not safe to sail, we are happy to reschedule your cruise for another day that works for you.

WHAT If I HAVE TO CANCEL?

If you need to cancel more than 14 days out from your cruise, we will refund the full cost. Within 7-14 days, we offer a 50% refund. Within 7 days, we do not offer a refund.

WHERE DO WE BOARD?

All of our charters depart from Navy Pier Marina, 797 East Grand Avenue. Contact us to request an alternate pick-up location.

Where DO WE PARK?

Parking is available in the Navy Pier parking garage. Prices may vary. The marina is also easily accessible by rideshare at the address above.
